  • I have played bowls since 1979 when I was manager in Finchley, North London right next to a bowling green. That fact led to some long lunch breaks! Success in bowls came at Bounds Green and, after I married, also at Rosedale Park in Hayes, West London. I organised the popular Hillingdon Bowls competitions for nine years which had over 400 entries each season. When my wife, Gerry, passed away ten years ago I moved to Sussex. I have a partner, Lynda, and we live opposite Goffs Park. My main interests are greyhounds (own a dozen racers) and local theatre / live music. I am a member of Goffs Social and Ewhurst Clubs where I like to watch live music / bands.
