DOWNSMAN BOWLS CLUB UPDATE - March 2025 

Shortmat County
Downsman players continue to be represented in the Inter County Competitions (ICC). 
February saw the County Premier team beat Humberside in the quarter final of the ICC Prem 2 knockout and subsequently beating Wiltshire in the semi final on March 2nd.  Congratulations and good luck in the final later on this month being held at Melton Mowbray.

Our Charity for 2025
The club is supporting St Catherine's Hospice, a fantastic local charity.  We shall be holding several events over the year as well as encouraging members to do their own thing.
We are grateful for the tour of their facilities to see first hand the great work they do but funds being what they are, not all beds are in use.
